		<description>i was just wondering is it the law for an officer to state why he pull you over and you have to go down the line of officers to figure it out why. you dont get a citation they let you go. you call the station in the morning asking why did you get pull over and no officers no why. so i just thought an officer has to at least let you know why. please answer this for me?</description>
