		<description>Great post, another ruse that criminals use is to pose as meter readers which gives them access to phone and cable boxes that they can unhook so the alarm system can&#039;t call the monitoring facility.  It also allows them to look for tools, like unsecured ladders that can be used to reach the second floor. If you have an alarm system make sure you have a cell back-up and always secure tools so that they can not be stolen or used against you.</description>
