NEWARK, OH â€“ An Ohio man has been charged by police with operating a home-made, mechanized bar stool on wheels while intoxicated, the Associated Press reports.
According to an Ohio police report, Kile Wygle, 28, called 911 after crashing his bar stool near his Newark home and sustaining injuries.
â€œI wrecked my bar stool,â€ he told the police officer who answered the call. He also acknowledged drinking 15 beers and was charged with two misdemeanors: DUI and driving with a suspended license, the AP says.
Wygle also told police that his stool on wheels, which was is powered by a lawn mower engine, can reach 38 mph.
