Without all the details it is hard to say yes or no. In 99% of cases like this the police cannot do much of anything and the parents need to work out their issues or get some help to help them work out the issues.
The bigger question is why does she want you out of the house?
Why does your dad want you to stay?
Do your Dad and Mom have issues with their relationship?
Do you have issues with the relationship with you mom or dad?
Etc.
